Testing inlining CSS
Tested inlining CSS on my local machine last night, it immediately cut load time by 40%. That’s with zero network latency.

It seems backward, the + adjacent sibling selector is CSS2.1, while the ~ general sibling selector is CSS3.
Responsive JavaScript
If your JavaScript detects the breakpoint on load but not resize, your site’s not really responsive. I’m sure it’s very pretty.
